Project Updates
Preparing the site
Subject to discharging the necessary planning conditions and obtaining the requisite ecological licences, we are aiming to demolish the on-site farm buildings and undertake vegetation clearance in October 2026. These works will prepare the site for the next stage of development.
Infrastructure and landscaping reserved matters application
We are also aiming to submit detailed plans for the site’s infrastructure and landscaping later this year which will be the first reserved matters application. This will include:
- New planting and landscaping
- Wildlife habitats and green spaces
- Walking and cycling routes
- Drainage ponds and water features
- New roads and supporting infrastructure
Start of construction
We are expecting work on the main site access and supporting infrastructure to begin in the first half of 2027.
This approach means key infrastructure will be delivered first, before detailed plans for individual buildings come forward.
