Our application will include:
Up to 2.2 million sq ft of high-quality logistics and manufacturing employment floorspace
Between an estimated 2,400 & 3,300 direct jobs for local people, including gateway roles for young people
Approximately £9.8 million in Business Rates per year, helping Huntingdonshire District Council deliver key local services
Commitment to Construction and End User Employment & Skills Plans (ESPs) to ensure that local people benefit from the employment opportunities created
Integration with Hinchingbrooke Business Park and Huntingdon Racecourse
Substantial Green and Blue Infrastructure Provision
