Our Proposals for Newlands Park, Huntingdon

The proposed Newlands Park, Huntingdon scheme has been carefully designed to balance operational flexibility with environmental sensitivity.

The site is divided into at least four plateaux that will accommodate up tp 205,000 sqm of floorspace. The maximum building heights range from up to 18-21.5 metres. A diverse range of unit sizes is planned to accommodate a variety of future end user occupiers, including potential anchor tenants, ensuring adaptability to market demand.

Development will be planned around a central estate road corridor that enhances connectivity and introduces opportunities for active frontages and attractive boulevard landscaping. To reduce the visual impact on the surrounding landscape, development has been strategically pulled back from the southern ridge, and there will be no build zones between the development zones break up the massing.

The proposals have been carefully designed to extend Hinchingbrooke Business Park, creating a natural continuation of the existing employment area. The layout, access, and landscaping have all been planned to integrate with the surrounding environment and support Huntingdon’s future growth.
